Day 7!!

7/5/09 Today is my 7th day of being SMOKE-FREE and I'm feeling great! The 4th of July, Independence Day, had a different meaning for me this year. I truly feel FREE and nothing has control of me. My life is my own and I can go in any direction I want to. Smoke-free and lovin' it!! :o)

Way to go Malissa, you can do this. I'm going on 8 or 9 months, not sure how to count for me because I had a relapse early on but I can only remember my original quit date, not the date after the relapse. Anyway, welcome, you will get alot of help here. Independence Day for all of us. What a way to celebrate. Smoke Free

Yes, I did, Cindy!! And, it wasn't actually all that bad. I just have it set in my head that I never want to smoke again...I don't want to be a smoker! I'm going to be good to myself and honor my own wishes by saying...NO!! Smoking is no longer an option! And...I will remain smoke-free.
