I have made it one whole week without a single drag!! Wow.

I'm now officially 6 days quit!! Yahoo!!

Since I started on here is four days! Today is day 4 and I am on my way to bed, no cigarette! I know that nicoderm is saving me right now and had I known how great of a quit aid it was I would have used it the hundreds of times I have tried to quit before!!! I went to work this morning and I was turned away. We cannot use you today, and call in before your next shift to see if we will need you then. Payroll issues and all. So I went home. I have learned a big lesson since Monday (My quit day). It's not about counting the days! If I try to count the days, or the hours, or the minutes I will always feel like a failure and I will never find the success. Monday was my quit day and right now it has been 2 days, and when I had those cigarettes, that have me not at 4 days, I got nothing out of them except the joy of starting back at 1.
