Greetings Sherry. I'm doing some house cleaning here and am deleting those who seem to have disappeared. If I don't get a response back from you within a couple of days I will assume you are gone and will delete you from my friend list. Don't mean nothin' personal by it. I'm just trying to be more attentive to those who ARE still around. I hope wherever you are that you are well and smoke free.

if not change things up , if you want a cig then fine, but you have to eat one first! well sick huh but it works, if you have people around you that smoke and it makes you want one stop watch them smoke five or six and watch them closely do they even seem like the know they are smoking? if you some on your back porch change it smoke on your front. dont smoke in your house go outside with no coat. my point is make it in your head that smoking is not that fun after all ,you are the only one who can do it for you

I'm so glad to hear from you and I am so happy you are doing well. Planting a flower bed is wonderful! You may get many butterflies in your garden and you can think about how you too were a chrysalis and turned into a butterfly when you quit smoking!
Like the butterfly you opened up your wings and can fly....fly as high as you desire. Or, as your flowers open up and blossom, you can realize how you too have blossomed and are so very beautiful now.
