It's me Lori. I just wanted to say that I love this web site. I feel happy everytime I see a new blog. I'm very excited that I have my appointment with the Hypnotherapist on Thursday. My husband who also smokes told me not to waste money, but I don't think it's a waste. He can kiss my booty. I want to quit so bad it's not even funny. I want to count my days like lots of you. hey lori i did hypnotherapy several years ago and it worked for 3 weehks the thing is you have to listen to the tapes or cd everyday for at least 4 weeks for your brain to change its pattern best of luck to you you can do it just dont ever think you can have just one or it wont work peace and love from ar. hippie
