what do you do with:
1) panic-used the nic gum-not a lot of help
2) the back of your brain preoccupation with smoking-it's well, just there-but no mental "voice"- it started this morning when i stopped putting the cigs in my pocket.
i did notice that when i sat down at the computer i relaxed, so that's good...
also ideas on the looping thoughts on smoking?
i feel like i've already quit and i feel deprived (not a new quit feeling for me). and yes i've read your motto. it just hasn't kicked in for me, yet.
i really don't want to have to rely on hand holding, but i have a feeling i'm not going to get enough mail to make it. what should i do? needy is something i don't want to be.
i just called my local family and they're for the long haul. thank god!
any thoughts are helpful, please,
beth
Look into the group Candid Quitters and Daily Pledgers. They have been the biggest help to me.
Keep in touch and before you know it you will be smoke free!
