About Me:
my name is lisa, i'm 42 yrs old. i started smoking when i was 11 or 12. i think 30 yrs is long enough to be smoking. i hope i stopped in time to save myself from some grave illness. i live with my BF. i have 2 cats. i almost had another kitten, but, it didn't work out. quitting smoking to me seems like an everyday battle. it's hard to walk past people who are smoking or be around friends that smoke without trying to smoke one of their squares. i limit how much of my time i am around smokers. till i'm stronger, i walk real fast past those who are smoking or just don't go out for now. i have found a lot of support from this group of wonderful people. even those that i haven't spoken with yet, i read your stories and thoughts and get inspired. soooo, thank you everyone for sharing. this is a wonderful site. thank you to the powers that be for putting this site together. good luck one and all on our journey to be smoke free. :)
