About Me:
35 yr career smoker who is 48 now and going to die if I don't quit. I am desperate. I have several conditions directly related to smoking, one is potentially fatal. I need severe help with no babying. My daughter, 16yrs old is now smoking and it is my fault.

but I too can't get pass the day to quit page and tracking.

Welcome Kelly! Joining the Ex community is one the best things you could possibly do to quit!
This website (and the ex network) will guide you, help you, motivate you and support you to stay quit!
I haven't smoked for 9 days. It hasn't been always easy, but it has been possible thanks to becomeanex.org :) You can do it too. :)
