Hey there!! Thanks for the sweet compliments! Everybody decides to quit at certain times, depending on how they feel. Me? I did a few days of tracking and then went for it. However, I don't recommend that for everyone! I think your quit date sounds great!! Make sure when you quit that you put a post out for all to see!! It's so important for you to get support, make friends and recieve guidance, especially during those first few days!! It's also very important to remain positive, which really isn't that hard to do. It makes stopping all that much more easy!! Start thinking about the statement, "Smoking is not an option for me." Once you get that embedded in your head, it will make cravings much easier and take away the mental battles that we as adicts go through when withdrawing! I'm excited for you!! Keep in touch, K? Hi happy, just wanted to thank you for taking the time to pray for me. Mike and lanta left me a message with the scripture that I can do all things through Christ Jesus who stregnthens me. I will have to rely on him very much because i am very weak. Thanks again for the prayers every little bit helps.
