i wanna stay healfy..

happy new year to everyone! today i decide to quit. for a God knows which time... it been always a day, two, and then i take i cigaret cause i am to nervous, cause i need it to make me feel better. and now if i have any cigaret at home i would smoke it. but i dont have any and ill try not buy it anymore... its so hard.. i am scared that i will not be sucesfull. awww i hope i quit and i stop thinking about that stupid habit... help me people..

I was so scared when I quit, but it was the best thing I ever did for myself. There's lots of great people to help you on this site.
