Hey Deb - sorry I haven't been online today. I sincerely hope you are okay and patting yourself on the back right now. We are here for you. Just remember the 5 D's: Delay (each crave only lasts 3-5 minutes), Drink Water, Deep Breaths, Discuss with someone and Distract yourself. I'm finding playing internet games is a big distraction. Keeps my hands busy and brain going. You can do this and just look at the light at the end of this tunnel as being bright and freeing. Smokes went to $8.50 a pack today in NY!
