About Me:
My name is Sarah and I have been smoking since my late teens. I am 29 now and I have been an ex smoker since 06/29/2008. I am joining this website for support so that I can remain a non smoker. I need help in separating triggers and making lifestyle changes so that I do not have a smoke. I want one really bad even though I think ta lot of the physical withdrawal is gone. I think is more in my head that I need one. I am reaching out for information and support. Thanks.

The thing I am loving about this website is seeing how many other people are conquering this addiction and it is making me hopeful. It is nice to share these feelings of addiction with people who actually understand. It is so easy for someone who never smoked to give their two cents but they have NO IDEA what they are talking about if they have never had to fight the addiction. I'm on day 18 so not really an expert but it's one day at a time for me . But anytime I'm feeling weak I come here and it gets me through it . Look around find some friends join some groups learn from others that are going through this same thing at different stages .
