Hello Cecy! Welcome to this site! There are lots of groups and discussions you can get involved with to help you with your quit. I smoked off and on for 35 years and finally quit for good over 4 years ago. This is my fourth time quitting. Having support really helped me with my quit. I'm so glad you're here! You no longer have to let smoking control every aspect of your life. You are ready, my dear. You're doing everything right and you have a quit buddy! That's awesome. Having that support when you quit makes all the difference for a successful quit!
