address the weight issue as just that. I don't think there's
a dietician anywhere who would recommend smoking as
smart way to lose weight. I have put on some weight
since my quit, but now with exercise, I have hope. My
downfall is carbo-snacks so now I keep plenty of low
calorie snacks handy: celery, carrots, cucumbers. Hey,
welcome aboard by the way. I think you'll find this site
supportive and helpful. Don't give up the Quit !
