Hello Beverly! Congradulations on your quit! Welcome to this site. You're in the right place, and you'll get lots of help and support in your journey towards becoming a non-smoker. You no longer have to let smoking control every aspect of your life. Being a non-smoker is great and has limitless benefits. You'll feel so much better and have the freedom to go anywhere you want and not be anxious to light up anymore. Check out the groups like "Yes You Can " and get involved in the discussions and you'll get alot of good feedback. It really helps to have others who have been there on your side.
