About Me:
hello i have quit this is day 4 i am feeling very depress,very determine,what is wrong with me,i feel like i am in a fog,very confused and angry

sometimes as passed since this day i wrote this above,i ahve 30 days today,feeling stronger,not totally ready to be tempted by a smoker,but i am happier and the withdrawls arent bad at all,thanks for this site,and allt he people here,,,,

was depress and hanging in there cause im worth it and my family
sometimes as passed since this day i wrote this above,I have 30 days today from smoking and 8 yrs from drugs.booze...i look at it all as one day at a time,so for today im a non smoker and a drug addict.thank god for that,,,and then this site for sure,,,and all the supportive folks that as came on to help me with my struggles,u all are the best,,amny and warm huggs to all,angie h
