Hi Michelle all parts of the day is hard because i am home with kids i dont smoke in the house so when i get on the phone i go outside so kids dont interrupt my and thats when i smoke the most

That's a great idea! Keep yourself busy! I'm at work, so when I get the urge I just go out and walk around. When I get home I try to go for a jog, or organize something just to keep my mind off things, and too stay healthy! We can do it! One day at a time!
