Hello Yanna! I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. This is a great way to start out 2009! I'm 53 and I started smoking when I was 15. I quit on July 17, 2004. I was so scared when I quit, but it was the best thing I ever did for myself. There's lots of great people to help you on this site.
