- I will be 59 years old in September. If I do not stop smoking, I might not make it.
There was the patch, Chantix, acupuncture, the gum, etc. Nothing has worked for me and now I am desparate.
Most of my smoking habits stem from my inability to get the "good" doctors again because of my insurance program. Going to the doctor now only increases my desire for a cigarette.
So I need to do something a little different. Perhaps with a support group, I can quit successfully this time around.
