Welcome to BecomeAn EX. I quit smoking 14 days ago on my 45th Birthday. My mom has COPD and Emphysema and she might have cancer too. On Feb 6th the day of my birthday at 11:30am I smoked my last cigarette. I have tryed in the past to quit and it didnt work but this time I am gooding to make it work. Because I do not want to get COPE, Emphysema or Cancer like my mom. I would like to be around when my 3 boys have my grandkids for me. GOOD LUCK and if you need help I'm here for you.
