Here it is day 5 of no smoking and I don't feel any better than Day 1. I think I had a lot more motivation on Day 1 to not give into the cravings. The last two two days or should I say nights have been awful, full of anxiety attacks and crying due to very intense cravings. Once I get over the morning craving I do just fine but then at night it is hard. It has been a little over 36 hours since I have had my last cigarette. I am actually doing okay:-) Of course I have major withdrawals but I have found that breathing through the withdrawal attacks have helped me so much. In the past few months I have "tried" to quit but have had a list of excuses why I shouldn't quit. This time there will be no more excuses why I can't quit; only excuses why I SHOULD quit:-)
