day 76.....not fun...not motivating, not easy

thats all.......just very hard, and very easy in the same breath.....so frustrating, that i am still having a thought of smoking???what is that? feel like i am hanging litterally on a wire by my finger tips.....(OUCH)loooking on the right on the left, checking.....what is coming my way,? what has just left? 2 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSS, IT IS DOABLE ALL OF YOU WHO ARE STARTING OUT! Believe in yourselves, no compromises, no excuses, never one, stress or no stress, it will all still be there if you smoke, you will have to deal, just like before, without the nicotine, that is all. Sylvie, Thanks for posting on my wall. I was going to call the doctor's office. You say that this is okay??? It looks like little chunks of coal and just as black! When I quit, I did not have so much as a cough and I smoked for over 40 years.
I have chronic asthma and emphysema in my left lung (not severe) but my Internist always ask me what color I shit up....thought there had to be a reason for him asking that and he has been my doctor for 30 years......I don't have any to show, except a little in a tissue, the rest I spit in the sink and washed down.
