Hi,I saw that you need help and wanted you to know that the chantix is wonderful.It really works you dont even think about smoking and I have had no side effects and I am a small person so I would try that if yoi can.

Hello Sherryl! Welcome to this site. We know what you're going through because we've been there or are going through it now. You don't have to go through this alone. Get involved in the discussions and groups and you'll get lots of support and encouragement. Check out the group "Yes You Can." You'll not only get alot of help here, you'll be helping others because there is alot of power in numbers. Being scared is totally normal and we've all been there. But working your way through the thorns to get to the roses is so worth it and you can do it.
