Hi Sheila just a quick note to let you know that I am praying for your Emmett. I know it is hard to stay quit when a pet is ill or injured. It was a struggle for me to stay quit when my Mousie died but I reminded myself that I had to stay smoke free for my other pets. You need to stay smoke free for your Emmett so that he has better air to breathe while he is recovering.

Hello Sheila and welcome to BecomeanEx.org! This is the BEST stop-smoking website! I'm 54 and this is my 4th attempt at quitting smoking, and I haven't found it necessary to smoke since July 17, 2004. Quitting is scary, but it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's a lifestyle change, and also a newfound freedom and feeling of contentment I could never imagine before. You may hate the beginning of your quit, but deal with it the best you can. You won't have to go through it alone because you have us now.
