Hello Sandra! Welcome to this site. This is a great place to be to get support from others who have been where you're at and others who are there now. Get involved in the discussions and check out the groups like "Yes You Can" and it will help you in your quit. Smoking is one of the hardest addictions to stop, but it can be done and you can do it.
