- I'm 51 yrs. old, I have three grown children and three grandchildren and have smoked for 34 years. Wow!
I'm quitting for good health and it really just isn't socially acceptable anymore. When I travel for work I can't smoke in rental cars, hard to find a hotel with smoking and no smoking in airports. Most restraunts are going no smoking.
I used Chantix to help me with my quitting and it was absolutely the best thing for me. I last smoked on Jan. 9, 2009 @ 9:00 pm

Good way to have fun and get support plus make lots of friends by wishing them good luck. You can go to my page under my groups joined on left hand side next to last one down says QPC... Be sure to join and come to group often and wish others good luck ... Watch for your parties when you reach your milestones. It is great fun.
