I know just what you mean about the worst times being after you eat. ME TOO. Takes a while to get over that one. But eventually that urge does go away. Most of the time. HA! Just one of those things we have to put up with, 'cause we can't stop eating. Keep at it. Perseverance is what creates long term quits.

Greetings friend. I'm doing some house cleaning here and am deleting those who seem to have disappeared. If I don't get a response back from you within a couple of days I will assume you are gone and will delete you from my friend list. Don't mean nothin' personal by it. I'm just trying to be more attentive to those who ARE still around. I hope wherever you are that you are well and smoke free.
