Hello Rob! Welcome to Become an Ex.org! This is the BEST stop-smoking website! I'm 54 and this is my 4th attempt at quitting smoking, and I haven't found it necessary to smoke since July 17, 2004. Quitting is scary, but it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's a lifestyle change, and also a newfound freedom and feeling of contentment I could never imagine before.
