Hi everyone...need a favor - HELP!......my dad has been ill and in the hospital for about a month. His illness, pneumonia, stems from his lung problems - COPD - which I think we all know where that came from - SMOKING - and is one of the reasons I decided to quit. He finally was released but my mom called tonight and he is not doing well. He is 77 but he's my dad and he'll always be that fun guy I love....He's kind of incoherent now and he's asking for me.....so I'll be heading to Philadelphia on Saturday. But, my friends, tonight I REALLY WANT A CIGARETTE and I'm sure I'll want one tomorrow too....as I said before, there are so many "firsts" and this is a biggie....I know I just have to remember that not only did I quit for me but for him too. Tomorrow will be one month.....please pray for my dad (and me) to get through this....and thank you all for being there. (sorry for babbling)

....so far so good, I haven't lit up, but damn this is HARD....just when I thought it was getting easier.....life sure throws us curveballs....any words of wisdom? I know it's late,,,,betweeb not smoking and worrying about my dad i'm just about nuts....thanks...

Wow - 6 g's ! I'm sorry you didn't win, but it's always fun! I know after 2 days in the tournament you're tired. It really kicks our butt now. We're not as young as we used to be. LOL
