Welcome!

My Birthday is this Saturday I will be 30 yrs old and smoke free. I still do get a craving every now and then ususally only when I'am around smokers but I kill the craving quick. I'am excited about having a smoke free Birthday, because as I've said before my husband and I want to start a family. This is day three for him being smoke free. Hallelujah. God is awesome! I'am working my friends and family.

Today is day eight for me, and as I was driving home from work which used to be my smoke time. I looked in my rearview and a women was just puffing away. I looked to my right and another lady inhailing. It was at that moment I began to miss muy smokes especially because they looked so relaxed lol. Then I thought about how far I have come and the thought quickly went away. I have'nt come this far for nothing. I'am ready to start a family without ciggs.WHORAY!

I made it through day 1 Hallelujah! I kept tossing and turning last night, I hardly got any sleep. Then I woke up with my sinuses all messed up and I feel Like I can eat a house. Actually my body feels like I have the flu. I've only had a few cravings so far this morning. I just fell weird

I woke up this morning definitly feeling out of routine. I had oatmeal this morning, and of course I want a cigg. Actually I really want to go back to bed. Ok I don't know what the hell I want to do I just know I've gotta do something besides smoke a dang cigg. I will not be DEFEATED!!!

Can someone please give me advice on what they did to fight cravings and stress and if there is any natural supplements out there to help? I'am quitting cold turkey so I need all the advice I can get.
