Today I had a stressful day with my oldest daughter today. It was pretty bad. She said things to me that hurt alot. When I confronted her, I cried and talked. I suffered an anxiety attack. Normally after all this drama, I would chain smoke after going through something so stressful. So I went to my kitchen looking for a cigarette. All of of a sudden I remembered, "Hey! I realized when you put your mind to it, it is what it is. No one can make you change your mind. I guess that's what happened to me. I started off with an expired patch of 14mg for the first 3 weeks, then started the 21mg when i received my official patches. Today is day 3 without a patch at all.
