I can't believe I can get ready up in the moring no cigarette or drive in the car smoke free. I really feel good about this quit. My husband still smokes sos that may be a challenge. So far ok because he smokes outside. I hope he see's me quit and quit's soon too. But it is up to him, not me. Will be nice this Thanksgiving not to have to go out in the cold and smoke. No one in my family smokes. Usually have to sneak outside when craving comes. Hurry and smoke and get back inside. The chantix is so helpful becuse it takes away that horrible craving that crawls up your skin to smoke. The habit changing is all on us. I hope your day goes well. Cindy

I ageree. I would never of been able to do it without the chantix. Did you stop a 12 weeks? Some people have to even take longer than 12 weeks. I plan on taking the 12 weeks and stopping. I should be secure enough in my quit by then. This morning had a few cravings. Wierd huh. First morning had cravings. Today is day 11. Cindy

The chantix is a miracle. I have been trying to keep myself busy when I'm home. My husband smokes, but outside so it has been ok. He goes hunting tomrorow for a week. So no cigarettes or smoking around me for a week. He smoked in the car the other day and I did not even crave one. I just kept chewing my gum and I was f ine. I really think I will be able to do it this time.
Have a nice day, Cindy
