Welcome Murphy! My son is in the Army and he is stationed at Ft. Eustis, Virginia. He was with me the first week when I quit and he is so proud of me for quitting smoking as the rest of my kids are. I am so proud of him for being in the Army! His pic is on my page. I think it's wonderful that you want to set a good example by quitting! I'm so glad that you're here! I'll do everything I can do to help you with your quit.

today is day 20. I just started this site today tho... still rocking on but sometimes it's harder than others. i am using the patch, but it makes me feel bad, so today i have not put one on. if it gets bad i will put one on.
