Sorry folks, been busy, In Germany now, went to Afghanistan, got hurt, now will hopefully be going back soon. Still a non-smoker and damn happy about it. To those of you who quit congrats, to those of you who relapsed, quit again, and again, and again until you don't smoke anymore. Good luck to everybody.

Hello Everyone- just saying HEY! I hope this finds everyone OK and living the good life! All is well on my end- its been well over six months and smoking is the thing of the past. I have to say that Chantix was my miracle and I have to say thanks for it. I also want to say a big THANKS to all of you who have made quitting a lot less hard and I have to say fun. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories- I want to say congratulations to all of you too and let you know I will be here when you need more. Keep up the healthy living! :) stephenie

Thanks for the comment on my BLOG...I am starting to feel the effects of the Chantrix and I am cutting down!! There are times I will go outside light one up & decide "I DON"Y REALLY WANT THIS!! It's just great!!

Well, at least the summer heat up there should be similiar to Texas, maybe not as humid depending on what part of Texas. I'm near Vandenberg AFB Cold & Windy as H*LL 350 Days a year...LOL!!

I quit all of my groups. I quit taking Chantix. And I am still an Non-Smoker. I say Non-Smoker because all of us have things that we used to be and long to go back to. Although I still have times when I want to jump out of my truck, kill the bastard blasting rap music next to me and take his smokes, I do not ever want to go back to smoking. So 10 weeks in I am done with the Ex-Smoker part, and now I am a non-smoker. I quit the groups mainly because of a lot of the mindless wanderings and musings. I will continue to reply to anyone here that asks for help or information if I know the answer, and if not I will point them in the right direction. But I now prefer to only post comments when I want to, and not get the extra 900 e-mails a day. Good Luck to everyone here.
