About Me:
Hi,I am a 47 year old female that has been a smoker for 33 years.I smoked almost 2 packs a day.I was hypnotised on April 2nd,2008.I did great for 1 week,then I thought I could smoke 1 cigarette and be fine.WRONG!I starting smoking all over again,there is no such thing as 1.So I went back to the hypnotist and I am proud to say I have been smokefree since April 16th.Believe me,the thought is always there,after having that routine for 33 years it's hard to forget.I have gained some weight in the past few months but i'm sure i can lose it now that i'm past that hand to mouth habit.My husband says he would rather have me around fat n sassy then not here at all.I have C.O.P.D and by quitting the cigarettes my breathing has really improved.

Hi Mel I'm sorry I have'nt got back to you sooner.I see were neibors I look up that Don.M but I tried that about 10 years ago and bought the smoking and I guess it did'nt work on me but got a lifetime menbership and I guess when they com back to town I'm gonna try again but it was just about the same price and the C.D. was about $25.00 Anyhow thank's for the information maybe when I get some extra money I'll look your boy a thank's again and have blessed week friend God Bless .
