About Me:
I'm 19 years old its been since the first year in junior high school that i started smoking. when i look back it feels like if it was just a few months back when i started just buying one ciggarette than 2 than 5 until i notice there wasnt a day i would go on without having a box on newport 100's in my pocket. they help me think relax be calm but than the headaches come the stomaches. thats when i feel like quitting but i can never succeed on doing so. seems a whole lot easy but its harder than i thought it would be. i realized smoking destroyed the capability of keeping up on a 5 on 5 full court basketbal game or keeping up running with non smokers sometimes when i do play sports after a while it feels as if a brilopad is grinding against the walls of my lungs when i inhale an exhale it gets me so angry knowing that even with that im still smoking.

Good morning Manuel! Welcome to this site! I smoked off and on for about 35 years. When I quit over four years ago, I had no desire to quit. I was scared to because I didn't want to go through the tough part of quitting. I did it spur-of-the-moment with lozenges and the support of my son. I had to change my smoking lifestyle to that of a non-smoker. As you know, this is a website to help you quit smoking cigarettes. A few people here smoke pot and say they are non-smokers. I believe that smoking is smoking, no matter what's in the cigarette. I've saved tons of money and I don't cough anymore. I am here to help others quit smoking. You don't have to let smoking control your life anymore. Take that anger you have about your smoking to help motivate you to quit!
