I am so frustrated I just don't know what to do. I'm just going to lay it on the line and tell it like it is. Here is my schedule on Monday's I get up and get the kids to school and do my volunteer work. At 12:30 I stop by a roadside where no one will see me and smoke 1 cigarette. I get home and since I am alone smoke about 2more. I leave at 2:00 and will not smoke for the rest of the day.

And hello to another smokefree day :) I don't blog very often, this is actually my first time, but I have been quit for 3+months with so much help from all of you, and your blogs. I have always really enjoyed GT's beach report but can't seem to find it any longer. Can anyone tell me if he is ok?
