I am a mother of one girl. she will be 8 in July, and I want to quit for her health, and of course my own. I am in a live-in commited relationship with a nice man. I have struggled with quitting for 3 months now. I am a full-time college student currently attaining my bachelors in accounting. That is my highest stress level especially since it is online.

Hello Liz! Welcome to Become an Ex.org! This is the BEST stop-smoking website! I'm 54 and this is my 4th attempt at quitting smoking, and I haven't found it necessary to smoke since July 17, 2004. Quitting is scary, but it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's a lifestyle change, and also a newfound freedom and feeling of contentment I could never imagine before. You may hate the beginning of your quit, but deal with it the best you can. You won't have to go through it alone because you have us now.
