Hello Leigh! Welcome to this site. You are definitely in the right place because you don't have to do this alone and you no longer have to let smoking control every aspect of your life. You have alot more strength than you realize and you can be successful at your quit. We're all here for the same reason and there is lots of support here. You don't have to like quitting, just get through it the best you can. I'm glad that you're here! You are welcome to check out the newest group called "Yes, You Can." Get involved in discussions and group and you'll get tons of support to help you get through your cravings. My suggestion is to procrastinate. Put off lighting up till the craving goes away. Every time you get through a craving, you get stronger and the cravings get weaker until they eventually go away.
