About Me:
I am a married mother of 2 girls and we are expecting our third daughter in late December. I have cut back on my smoking to 3 or 4 a day I still feel so bad and feel so selfish!!!!! I really have not been able to find much support out there for pregnant smokers and I hope this is the place.

Hello Kristie! Welcome to this site. I smoked off and on for 35 years and I've been a non-smoker for over four years now. You don't have to go through this alone because there's lots of people here that are more than willing to help you. Stick with the winners in here; the ones who are taking this seriously and not smoking anything else as a substitute. You no longer have to let smoking control your life.
