I have been quit for 1 Year, 4 Months, 1 Week, 1 Day, 22 hours, 7 minutes and 45 seconds (495 days). I have saved $1,264.19 by not smoking 7,438 cigarettes. Hey all, sorry it's been awhile but with school back on again and other stuff I've been really busy. I did feel sufficiently guilty so I don't want anyone to worry that now that I've quit I'm not going to be involved here and help others like I was helped. Gotta keep that good karma flowing, right?

Well, I was going kinda crazy but today...me, the kids and our cousins went to an old mining town. We took an old fashioned photo...16 of us! We panned for gold...well not exactly gold and took in the scenery.

On the way home joking and conversing with the kids I realized I was...*gasp*, laughing...so it was a good day.

Hope everyone is enjoying a smoke free week, I'm up to like 25 days I think. : )

Well, tomorrow at this time I will probably be on my way to the venue for the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival with Disturbed and Slipknot.
