Hello June! Welcome to BecomeanEx.org! There are other quit smoking sites and copycats, but this is the best one on the internet and the greatest people are here. I just turned 54 and I have three grown kids and two granddaughters. This is my 4th attempt at quitting smoking, and I haven't found it necessary to smoke since July 17, 2004. I didn't think I would ever quit again, but here I am. I love being a non-smoker and you will too! I have a son in the Army. He is stationed at Ft. Eustis in Virginia.
