I am 35, married, father of 3. I work as a surveyor for a constructon company. I want to quit to save the money I spend on smoking, for the general health benefis, and to set a better example for my kids.

Hello Joe! Welcome to this site. We're all here for the same reason you are. You no longer have to try to quit alone. You'll find lots of different ways of how people quit and no longer have to depend on smoking to get through their day. I'm 53 and I smoked for 35 years. I quit over four years ago and this is my fourth time quitting. There are so many benefits to being a non-smoker. It can be done no matter your age or how long or how much you smoked. It's definitely worth the effort and I'm glad that you're here!
