13 days, still going strong. I've been busy lately, and I thought I'd just add a few words of encouragement to anyone who can read this. Keep going, you can do it!

Ha! One week ago today (this hour) I smoked my last camel. Holy crap that's awesome! Whew, okay I'm glad I got that out of the way. One week down, and on to tomorrow. I'm doing good with my cravings, but in truth I'm not having as much of a problem with it as I had foreseen. Which is weird. I thought I'd have more of a problem with it given it was really cold turkey this time. I had always used aids. I'd chew that nasty ass gum and would want a cigarette right behind it. Day 4 is almost history. So far, if I can make it to the evening, I'm okay with my cravings. The only time I have a helluva urge is while driving. I swear, people in Atlanta CANNOT drive. Jesus. So yeah, I usually light up with the windows down, stereo blasting, allergies kicking, but today I enjoyed my A/C for once, windows up (it's hot in Georgia), put on some jazz and just beared it and I got home. Whew...

I'm good now, I've got the internet...

Hello all, what a beautiful day, this Monday in Atlanta. I feel so good, this morning. I woke up without having to snooze the alarm, drove in without a smoke, and got to work on time for once. This is my third day, smoke free and I'm excited to be starting such a picturesque day as a non-smoker. Already I am not wreaking of smoke, my car is not wreaking of smoke, and I've got a great outlook on the week, despite it being Monday, which I used to dread. I threw out a bunch of my older…

One day, until tomorrow. Tomorrow is the day I've set to quit, the 20th of April. I'm not sure how I feel about it, either. When I started this, I was very excited, and not that I have lost my excitement but now I'm nervous. I hope that I will be able to follow through. I actually haven't had a cigarette today, this is kinda vexing. I don't quit till tomorrow, but I smoked the last of a pack last night.
