My advice is to choose a way to quit and try to stick to it.
You are about to begin a long rough journey, but there are people here to help you
each and every day.
There will be a lot of highs and lows, and the 1st two weeks are pretty tough.
If you want to quit as bad as we did.
You will make it.
Just holla my man..and we will try to help you.
Glad some of the reading material is interesting. I owe my quit to that stuff. I'm totally convinced that staying actively engaged in learning about the addiciton and the experiences of others while you are quitting is the key to success. It gets you through craves, it provides comfort in knowing that others have experienced the same things, it provides hope knowing that things do improve, and it helps build a positive mindset for long-term quitting success.
BTW, whyquit.com has a bunch of stuff specifically on dipping and smokeless tobacco. I didn't link to any of, but I've seen and read a bit of it.
