About Me:
I quit smoking nearly 34 years ago from dragging 2 packs a day. I didn't have any withdrawals, and didn't even realize I had quit for four days. What a wonderful ride this has been.

Well, after all the flack I received from my sisters and brothers, I decided they can do it their way. I did it God's way, and I'll never regret that. The Lord never forces Himself on anyone. So, I won't either.

hi james, im bretty sure u can be alot of help to alot of people here..... my brother quit the same way he just never smoked again amazing now the i did tha math it`s been about 34 yrs he hasen`t smoked and he hates the fact that i smoke, lets be friends give me a shout

Hey James ...

You did nothing wrong .... I did nothing wrong... I am so glad I am a believer and he has set me free. As much as the old me wants revenge for hateful things said to me by a few I am guided to forgive them and pray Gods will for them. I know how happy I am with him in my life and its great to know anyone can experience this inner peace.

I reposted the Testimony in the Thanks and Praise group and named it Testimony. You originally posted it to my main page and I let you know I liked it so much I put in the group so more people could see it.

I loved the testimony and also put it in the Thanks and Praise Group since most people will not see it on my page.

I think that might be the easiest way to quit and I thank you for sharing.
