I'm leaving my aunt's on Sunday to return back to my little corner of Arizona. Then work will be on the verge. Since I'll be back in my natural environment, I'm going to focus on separation then.

I'm glad I gave myself so much time. It's giving me a chance to monitor my smoking honestly without the feeling of needing to separate NOW or NEVER!!!! The results seem to point straight toward the Relaxation Cigarette as the one I'm having and having and having. It's tough as a teacher because your schedule isn't as everyone else's. Sorry about the cats, that's kind of hard i'm sure because you had already planned to get them....that's so nice that you are going to do volunteer work with animals that will help you occupy your time when you quit smoking...
