That is one of the most brilliant ideas I've ever heard of! How creative and imaginative! You can go on and on all you want! I think it's awesome! When I quit, I just threw mine in the dumpster where I couldn't reach them! Congradulations on your quit!
You ARE lucky that you haven't had any oral problems yet. There's a small number of recovering chewers on this site and I hope that you stick around so we can support you and others too. I have asked another member who has alot of very useful links to help me get this to you.
I found this on the main page from the administration:

I had to reset my password, which is a good thing to do anyway.
Welcome Melissa! I love the blog you posted! Sounds like you're in recovery........so am I. This was my last addiction that was the hardest to quit. I had no desire to quit and I didn't think I could do it. Was scared to death. So I quit spur-of-the-moment. Instead of buying two cartons like I did every payday, I bought a box of Commit Lozenges. They really helped. After the first 24 hours I decided there was no turning back, no matter how hard it got. My latest and biggest benefit is next week I'm having minor surgery and I had to get a chest x-ray in preparation. First time I ever got one and I was very anxious to see how my lungs looked after not smoking for 5+ years. They look AWESOME! They are clear. I consider myself extremely lucky that I quit when I did because I know that some get beyond the point of no return. Write down your excuses and you'll be amazed at how stupid they are. There are NO good excuses not to quit.
You're the second person I've seen who has had a problem with this. The administrators are making some changes on the site and they wanted me to tell everyone to be patient and that soon these problems will be gone. It's not you or your computer.

Thanks again, Jud
Thank you so much for taking time to notice someone new to the quit. Have not found much so far.

Smoke Free and Loving It... Just... Paying It Forward !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where where where do you find this stuff!
Hope you are healing nicely from your "cosmetic proceedure" ..I feel that ANY interventive treatment from whiting the teeth to the tidying up you just went through are best discribed as cosmetic proceedure...it prepares the mind of the listener for the improvement.
Clearly your wit is adusting nicely.
AMAZIINNNGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
