Thank you for the comment, Ed! I NEVER could imagine myself as a non-smoker because I didn't want to go through the hard part of quitting, and I was scared. Smoking was my best friend and comfort blanket. But here I am, over 4 years later, still pinching myself that I made it this far! The benefits of being a non-smoker totally outweigh anything I ever enjoyed about smoking. Quitting was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life!

Hi Ed! You're in the right place, and you'll get lots of help and support in your journey towards becoming a non-smoker. You no longer have to let smoking control every aspect of your life. Being a non-smoker is great and has limitless benefits. You'll feel so much better and have the freedom to go anywhere you want and not be anxious to light up anymore. Check out the groups like "Yes You Can" and get involved in the discussions and you'll get alot of good feedback. It really helps to have others who have been there on your side. You can always change your quit date and quit sooner if you want. Don't give your addiction a chance to change your mind!
