Yep, still around and still not smoking........ sorry but with the boys into sports and going on vacation and the lost of some friends, I haven't made the time to jump online....... my bad!! But I haven't slipped, still think about smoking every now and again but I get through it. Still not smoking, haven't even cheated, no cravings, a few wants here and there but controlable. When that happens, I remind myself that I will become a smelly awful smoker again, a slave to Nicotine and kiss my good health down the drain.

I'm still fighting the weight. Now tell me why I can quit smoking but can't quit sweets and bread??? TELL ME PLEASE LOLOL
