No nicotine or lobelia yet today. Was thirsty after going for my 15 minute walk but the only water at the desk was spiked, so grabbed 75 cents and went and got fresh water. It's nice and cold. Celebrating a happy moment---I quit mainly because work went smoke-free & this is where I did the majority of my smoking anyway. I'm allowing myself a moment of pride.

I found myself irritated to no end about how busy it was, but found a parking spot, hauled all our stuff in and hit a treadmill. It felt so good to run without gasping for air! I stayed on for longer than I was initially planning, so I had to cut Izzy's swim time. She could only go for 15 minutes. I'm off on Friday and they have open swim all day, so we're going to be swimming for most of it. I have saved 3 minutes and 15 seconds of my life by avoiding 17 death sticks. My nose is running and I have a bit of a dry cough, but that's my body healing itself. Slept a lot on Thursday, not much of an appetite, watched tv and read. Work up about 3am feeling restless, so focused on deep breathing and stretching. Well good luck to all! Dessa
